Incompatible Connector
Date:June 16, 2012
"I recently bought this headphones from Lenovo.com. But the connector is not compatible with my Lenovo laptop. I ended up paying more money for an adapter than it cost the headphone. Be careful when you buy this product"

Good Sound Quality, Bad Material Quality
Date:February 18, 2012
Pros: design, sound
Cons: Durability
"The sound quality is great, as is the microphone quality. But after 3-4 months of heavy usage, but not damaging (as in just wearing it for a long time) the headphone jack cracked. Now, I have to position it very precisely just for me to be able to hear anything except the bass. Pretty good buy if you can treat it properly."

Junk headphones
Date:February 13, 2012
"These headphones, although looking good, is a waste of money. They are not very comfortable, the sound is poor, the microphone is worse than the free ones handed out at fairs, the mute switch causes a super loud click.
I've heard the other parties stating that the sound quality was poor when spoken into the headset, but I was shocked when played back the recording made with the headset. It was so bad! I even took apart the microphone and replaced with a cheap condenser mic I had laying around. I had to cut the plastic on the inside to fit a larger mic and the microphone quality improved significantly.
The mute switch is very poor. Every time you go on mute (or back from mute) it simply short-circuits the mic connectors causing a loud clang sent through the microphone. Other headphones use a capacitor and two resistors for a silent transition to/back from mute.
The speaker quality is OK for voice. For about $10 more you can get a more decent pair of headphones. Avoid these!"

Excellent value for money
Date:February 1, 2012
Pros: value for money, sound quality, comfort
Cons: large but light; not portable really
"Sound quality is great; headphones are comfortable; quality is much better than price would suggest. Somewhat large, so not suitable as portable headphones. Needs separate outlet to plug microphone."

Worst Headphone Ever
Date:December 19, 2011
"This is the worst headphone ever!!! My God!!! No Base!! No Comfort!! Extremely muddy sound!!
Just buy something to eat from a restaurant, it will be worth of your $$ spent. This doesn't worth $1. Piece of junk, taking space.
If you want a showpiece, this 'might' pass, not for sound, period!!"

worst quality product ever purchsed
Date:December 16, 2011
Pros: Weight
Cons: Input/Output compatibility, Build Quality
"I am thoroughly disappointed with this Lenovo P950 headset. I had expected it to be a good buy and a value for money but it turned out to be the worst purchase I have ever made. First of all they messed up with my shipping address, so it arrived 4 days late. Then on the top of it the product is defective. The green pin for the speaker/ earphone is very loose and you have to hold it continuously, otherwise you will hear a very muffled sound with noise disturbance. The ear cups do not fit very well, so the noise leaks and anything above med volume can be heard by everyone around you. Also therefore they have a poor noise isolation. The bass is too high and this is irritating and frustrating as well. The mic seems to work okay but a lot of times the opposite person (on skype) reported that it seems I am talking from a speakerphone so there seems to be a lot of disturbance and a different voice quality to the listener. I have used a lot of other headphones and all of them worked much better than this one and they were similarly priced. Overall though I got it on sale for $11, still I expected it to atleast a legitimate product and not a defective piece !! I would not recommend this to anyone."

Great Buy for price
Date:December 14, 2011
"Paid $11 for these. They have to be the best (cheap) headphones ever. The bass on them is great. They get very loud. I have been using them with my ipod and when I go running despite the microphone on the side. These headphones bump for sure! Good buy. However, would not pay more than $20 for them.

Disappointed
Date:December 7, 2011
Pros: Weight
Cons: mic quality
"I purchased a pair of these during the Black Friday sales. For $11.00 I guess I could not go wrong. First off these are HUGH. I did not realize how huge they are. But despite the size they are fairly light weight and comfortable. Music sounds great but when trying to use the Microphone for voice chats and such it was horrible. I also would have been nice if this was a USB headset too but it not. Overall I guess you pay for what you get. But certainly I am not impress with them."

Lenova P950
Date:November 29, 2011
"I am so glad that I did not listen to Amazon's reviews. P950 is a great headset for the money. I am listening to Pandora radio as I am writing this review. This headset is very quiet and no hiss during the transition gaps between songs. The sound quality is very natural and clear and loving the little vibration when deep bass kicks in. It has 2X 40mm Drivers. Freq response is 20-20k hz. Overall a great headset for the money."

Doesn't fit quite right
Date:May 18, 2011
"We bought three pairs. None of them fit close to the ear. They don't mold to the head well at all. As one other reviewer said anything above med volume and the whole room can hear it (I think because they don't mold to the ears well)
However, the sound quality is good."

I like it
Date:April 19, 2011
"The packaged arrived in a waterproof envelope today. it was almost torn to the point where the headset could have fallen out. the original packaging was damaged with cracks, never the less, the headset was undamaged, but it could have been worse. anyways, these are not USB, the cord is not that long, only about 4ft. theyre pretty comfortable. i tried it on bfbc2 and team fortress 2. works great, the sound is awesome. and the price is great, got these for 15+tax."
