Probably the best case out there for small laptops

Date:June 25, 2011
Pros: Weight, Warranty, Security Features, Durability, Build Quality
"If you do a google research you'll find that this is the same as 43R2476 Thinkpad Business Topload Case (which fits up to 15.4'') except that it's slightly smaller and fits up to 13.3'' laptops. The overall build quality of this case surpasses any other case I've never seen. I feel very safe carrying my X200 tablet in it or even put it in the car trunk. It blows away my previous Thinkpad basic case in terms of protection. The main compartment has a thick glove-like sleeve that wraps around the laptop and secures it with a velcro strap, and also has a thick gel cushion on the bottom. My X200 tablet (w/ 9 cell extruded battery) fits snugly in it and does not move around at all. The outside of the case is thick nylon, and the inside of the main compartment is soft blanket like material, both feeling very high quality. The front compartment is very handy for mouse/power adapter/external drive etc. and got pen loops and business card holders. I also like the slide in/out air ticket and passport holder a lot which is extremely convenient for traveling. The shoulder strap and handles are also very well made. The wide cushion part of the should strap is slightly asymmetrical to fit your shoulder shape and is very comfortable. The weight of the case is small/light enough to carry around easily. It's also got the classic Thinkpad look that's a bonus. The only con I can think of is that if you need to put more stuff like a thick textbook you might want a 43R2476 or a backpack, but it's not really a con because it's not designed for that. Lenovo.com does not have many reviews for this one like for the 43R2476 and I hesitated, but I am very glad I ordered it. It's a bit cheaper on Amazon too and I got mine for about $50. I highly recommend this case to any Thinkpad or non-Thinkpad 12-13'' users."
