"If this tablet is anything like its ex big brother, you may want to find something else to use. I have (will be had once I sell it) one. After the warranty period expired, I tried to get an extension but was denied because it was after the expiration. Ok, I can see that. But when the power button stopped working, I took it in to a certified Lenovo repair shop, the cost was over $200.00. Just for a power button. Can you imagine if something with electrical parts broke?
The tablet itself is very nice to use. It takes a minute or two to boot up but after that it moves along fairly quickly. I am not sure why they use the corning ware glass (Maybe a bit sturdier) because it sure makes it heavy. The amount of memory on board was also very nice, and the fact that you could increase that with I memory card makes it very nice. The ability to add a usb drive or connect to a PC is just another plus.
All in all a good tablet,if you can get past the repair costs after warranty is up. What I found out is that you can extend your warranty up to two years. So I would recommend you do that and just before the extended warranty runs out, get rid of it. I know I wish I did."

"Great purchase got a nice discount through my employer. My kids love it, seems very durable and No problems what so ever have had it for over 5 months now. comes with rubber case and screen saver, going to have to replace the screen saver as the kids got a hold of the corner today. Not sure where to get that at ??"

"Tablet works awesome but the battery life is too short .
They say they say it will go 10 hours on a full charge finding that I'm getting about 6 maybe 6 and a half If i lightly use the tablet.
manual drop the ball it does not even talk about where to put in the mini SD chip and you cannot buy any accessories for this tablet at all!
the website said there was a wireless keyboard available for this that's not true and they keep saying that accessories will be available shortly and it's been 30 days and I have not seen any available as of yet.
Being a different size maybe its downfall I hope not the tablet itself works awesome!"

"I have used several tablets, iOS and Android, and this is the best I have used so far. This tablet is far superior in sound than any other tablet on the market. My only reservation is the keyboard that was supposed to come out at the same time as the tablet. As soon as this wired keyboard is available, this will be the best tablet for your money"

"I have had unit for about 30 days. Very happy with features and performance, was able to get a great deal through employer discount program that really increased the value of my purhcase. My 6 year old has become more addicted to this tab than me!"

"Received this tablet about a month ago. Works great. No issues with software, best sound I have ever heard on a tablet. Buttons well placed and very functional, great battery life (I only charge every 2-3 days), and overall solid feel of design. Came with a silicon sleeve that protects it well. Love that the OS is essentially Android ICS with very minimal changes. Touch screen is very responsive. Very happy with purchase!"

"I bought this tablet the first day it was on the market and wanted to fully test it before reviewing.
I love how everything just flows together and never has the slightest lag. I have only ran into one problem, it would not turn on. I called customer service and not only did they fix it and upgrade my warranty, they also sent out an update that prevents this from happening with other tablets! Best piece of technology I have ever owned!

"My family owns two Lenovo tablets and an iPad. This tablet is superior to the Lenovo A1 (although that tablet is nice for the price). This S2109 has a great display, sound, very easy to set up out of the box, and I have not had a single issue with it. I have been able to use the micro HDMI to connect it to my TV. I have not found any noticeable flaws with it, but must say haven't found any surprises/nothing spectactularly innovative either. It is absolutely worth the $ and delivers what it promises. I wish the docking station/keyboard would have been available when I ordered, but will order one soon."

"Having struggled for 2+ years to become truly comfortable with other tablets with aggravating shortcomings, I've been enjoying using my familiar smartphone Android apps on the big screen. The S2109 is smooth and fast. Having multiple apps running simultaneously (!!!!!!!!!) is a joy. Major advantage in having the Chrome browser in ICS. Opened the box, connected the charger, connected Wi-Fi and downloaded updates quickly. Apps followed quickly and old familiar activities became more satisfying instantly. Thought I'd miss the rear camera but I haven't yet. I was even able to reuse my old case from that other company. Nice!"
