"One of the few stock PCs carrying the 4770k CPU that isn't INCREDIBLY overpriced, just somewhat, when commpared to building yourself.
Contrary to previous review, mine DID come with keyboard and mouse. The mouse is a Logitech G5 ripoff (large hand factor, customizable weights that can be set in the mouse for your preferred resistance/slide/glide/deceleration preference.
The keyboard is pretty decent, it has backlights with adjustable brightness, and you can pick from the blue and red colors from the screenshots on the PC tower, and a pink which is actually the best color by far.
In exchange for getting 16GB RAM, a GTX 760, and a 4770k, obviously the rest of the pc is more bare to cut cost... -Optical drive(s): A single DVD-RW drive. -Single 1 TB Hard Drive (7200 RPM.) No SSD.
-Bloatware...why include a lenovo overclocking and lenovo start menu, give users Classic Start Menu, and the intel Ivy Bridge clocking utilities."
"This is the best 'stock' gaming PC I've ever encountered. Loaded with latest features and power, and easily customized if I decide to upgrade (maybe the video card one day). Love this machine, could not build this much mach on my own for less money. Boots super fast, and that is nice. I already had a ThinkPad laptop (great T530) but was wary about buying a 'gaming' PC from such a major manufacturer. Well, no worries, I love this machine and all I can say is that Lenovo rocks."
"I have an Eraser X510 and I spend more time dealing with problems than computing. On a weekly basis something on this computer does not work. This replaced a Lenovo computer that had the same problem. I bought one a year ago that I got tired of fighting so I bought a new one. That one had a bad optical drive. I took it back to the store next day and my husband bought this one two weeks later. This one has been a constant struggle. The sound didn't work. Then the dvd drive stopped working. I will never own another Lenovo product."
