not a smooth ride

"arrived 3 days after order date (H520s - 57310722) and found out it has no wireless adapter.

a noisy machine especially on the first several minutes after boot.

no extra power connectors so it is impossible to expand like adding a SSD.

display through hdmi is distorted, cannot figure out how to solve it yet.

many bloated wares."

A Great Upgrade for My Family

"Our old family PC of another brand finally reached its performance limit, so we decided to upgrade with a Lenovo Essential desktop PC. After using it several weeks now, I am satisfied with my choice of the Lenovo brand. The design is compact and takes half the space of my old desktop PC. It is whisper quiet and setup was very easy. Several ports are easily accessible on the front panel and there are plenty more on the back for connecting the latest peripherals. I upgraded the operating system to Windows 8 and it performs perfectly on this hardware. We have enough processing power now to multitask in several office applications, to do serious photo editing, and to play an occasional game. This model has great value for the price compared with the competition of similar quality. Construction and shipping were amazingly fast."
