Cons: Battery, Included Software, slidenav, veriface
"Last year I bought a Y550p, and it was the worst thing that I have ever bought (endless hardware problems). Through the great warranty support from Lenovo I was given the Y560p as a replacement, which is everything that I wanted the y550p to be. The three best things about the Y560p are the performance (quick and capable), the JBL Speaker (Loud and Clear!), and the touch pad. For what you get, the price is phenomenal!"

Cons: Display resolution, Wireless card, Battery, Bluetooth, Included Software
"Just got the laptop from Lenovo less than a week ago and here are my impressions.
Processor - Second gen i7 processor so no complaints there.
Ram - 8 gigs of ram is more than enough for me for what I need to do.
harddrive - the rapid drive is a nice feature that lenovo has that other major competitors do not have. It does load up my programs much faster than my friends laptop which has slightly better processor and video but has a regular 7200rpm hard drive.
Video card - Radeon HD 6570. Its good enough for me.
Price - it was an excellent deal for a majority of the components you are going receive when compared to other competitors and I got $250 dollars off so that sealed the deal with me.
Wireless Card - I would have like it if Lenovo had ( or allow the customer to choose) a wireless card that was one or two steps better than the one they currently offer for this laptop.
Display resolution - Lenovo only offers 1366x768. It is pathetic in my opinion and would have like to been able to choose a better display resolution.
Webcam - Lenovo offers a 1.3 megapixel. Other companies offers a 2 megapixel and up. Veriface works well if you have the perfect light settings. Veriface is not reliable.
USB - Only comes with 2.0. Would have preferred to be able to choose 3.0.
Bluetooth - Comes with 2.1. Would have like 3.0.
Battery - 6 cell. Wish there was an option for a 9 cell.
Overall the Y560P is a very good laptop for the price. I checked out many different companies before going with Lenovo. It is a good bang for the buck. It would have been nice to have options for the customer to choose on some of the components like better wireless card, usb, etc for the ideapad laptops. I would have paid the extra cash to receive those features."
