"This is the third laptop I purchased from Lenovo in the past three years. I was kind of satisfied with it until I got half screen on my display after five-month occasional usage. The technician claimed that the screen was physically damaged so it was not covered under the product basic warranty. Although there is neither crack on the surface of the screen nor any sign of physical damage to the covers of the laptop, the technician still accused me for physical damage of the screen. Make sure to buy the extended warranty when you purchase laptop from Lenovo, or if something goes wrong you would be blamed for whatever reason that did not ever happen. Anyway, I will NOT buy anything from Lenovo again.
