"I got the basic unit about 2 months ago. Nice little machine, pathetically slow. Has a ton of useless software on it which is annoyingly difficult to remove. The keyboard died on me last week, I phoned and they sent me a new one, very fast delivery, I installed it myself with the help of an excellent on line manual.pdf, great service!
Had a geeky buddy do a clean install without all the Lenovo software, installed another 2 gigs of Ram and a 64 gig flash Hard drive and Wow, what a difference.
Quality gear, just get it set up right."
